Domain. Up to £15 of the first-year domain cost is included. If your chosen domain costs more, you pay only the difference. The domain is registered for you and stays yours.
Hosting. First-year hosting is included when you use our recommended hosting. If you prefer another provider you can use it, but that hosting cost is paid separately.
Changes. 2 rounds cover text changes, image changes, colour changes, small layout adjustments and corrections to information. New pages, major redesigns, new systems or substantial additional work are quoted separately before any work is carried out.
Delivery. Delivery time is agreed with you before we start.
Support. 30 days after launch covers problems with the website we built. It doesn't include unlimited new work, new pages, new features or major redesigns.

Your domain
Up to £15 of the first-year domain cost is included with a Business Website or Landing Page. If your chosen domain costs more, you pay only the difference.

Your hosting
First-year hosting is included when you use our recommended hosting. If you prefer another provider you can use it, but you pay that provider separately. We can handle the setup and keep your ownership clear.

Business Email Setup includes the first-year email subscription up to £100. If the email service you choose costs more than £100 for the first year, you pay the difference.
Extra pages and extra work
New pages, major redesigns, new systems or substantial additional work are quoted separately, in writing, and agreed with you before any work is carried out. If a cost can't be worked out in advance, we explain how it will be calculated.
After the first year
Domain, hosting and email services may need renewing. We will tell you the current renewal cost before renewal. Your domain stays yours.
Payment and timing
For website projects (Business Website, Website Redesign and Landing Page), 50% is paid to start and 50% before launch. Other one-off services are agreed in a written contract and paid in full before work starts. Monthly services are paid monthly, in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days, and you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal. Delivery time is agreed with you before we start.
Prices are final: Titus Original is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
